Oven: Warm up your grain-filled cushion for 10-15 min. at no more than 150°C. Place a cup filled with water in the oven beside it, in order to prevent the filling from drying out too much. Microwave: At approx. 600 Watt (mid setting) warm the grain-filled cushion for approx. 1,5 min. If the cushion has not reached the desired temperature, then shake it well and warm it again, for 15 sec. at a time, until it reaches the desired temperature. Please make sure that the microwave plate is clean, and that it is rotating freely. Radiator: If you only need a relatively low level of warmth, the cushion can be heated on a radiator. Cooling cushion: Place the cushion in a refrigerator or freezer for several hours. To avoid unwanted odours, place the cushion inside a plastic bag. PLEASE NOTE: - Let the cushion cool down completely before you re-heat it. - A heat cushion should never be left unattended while it is heating up. - Follow the user instructions that came with your microwave. - Risk of burns: test the temperature of the heat cushion before you use it yourself or give it to other people for their use. - Please make sure that all the seams are properly sealed. - A heat cushion is not a children's toy.
