i saw this and i thought to myself it can’t be great because the price is too convincing you get more than great value for the money you pay on this one! it’s amazing and works great i love to change the watch faces and put pictures of my girlfriend or my kids on there!

I wanted a smart watch without the price of an Apple Watch gray quality gives me all the same benefits that an Apple Watch would do with a fraction of the price bought several Battery full charge last a couple of weeks I have forgotten to take it off in the shower no problem being waterproof. Great bang for your buck.

I have been trying for 5 days to get in touch with someone about the 12 month warranty mentioned in the description. Their support on the app directed me to the seller. The seller directed me to Amazon. Amazon directed me back to the seller who directed me back to Amazonwho directed me to Amazon Warranty dept. Who I have yet to hear back from. My speaker went out making this useless for what I needed it for. Incredibly frustrated with the service as the watch is only 5 months old.I did finally get them to refund the watch once I sent it back to Amazon. We will see how long this one lasts. I do love the watch features are easy to use and it doesn't drop connection like some Bluetooth watches do. The customer service is atrocious though.

I bought this watch April 12, 2024. I was pretty happy with the purchase, it was easy to work, read and the calls were clear when answering with the watch. Today I am outside my return window and I no longer can hear the person when I answer the call. This was the primary purpose for the smart watch so I am disappointed. The watch does have a water rating suitable for regulars daily activities such as washing dishes and hands so I have gotten it wet but now it doesn’t work properly. Too bad.

I use all of the features of this watch. But the step and activity tracking is what I wanted it for and it works great. The battery life is really good. It does lose its charge faster if you use more of the features more often but if you want it to last for a long time and just use it mainly for fitness tracking it stays charged for several days. There are a lot of watch faces you can download to customize it. I think it looks more expensive than it is, and there are a lot of bands you can find that will fit for this watch. This watch is constantly syncing to the app you download for it so I can look at my data anytime. It has great connectivity unlike my old Fitbit which would always seem to take a few minutes to sync. I have an iPhone 14.

At first spin, the watch is decent. You can take calls, track steps, workouts and sleep. I was shocked by the level of ease to set up and over all functionality.But after having for about a week, ive had to factory reset twice because the watch will suddenly stop connecting to my phone. While this may seem minor, you end up losing all data regarding sleep, fitness, etc which is a major reason I purchased the watch.With their being no way to reset bluetooth capabilities, the only solution (which I discovered after being on chat with their CS for 45 minutes) is to factory reset.The watch would be perfect for my needs if this issue could be resolved. For now, I'll deal with it until i can get the galaxy watch I initially had my eye on.
