I use this as a block to stand on and stretch out my calves/plantar fasciitis. Nice and solid, good weight but not too heavy, and feels great underfoot.

I have a few blocks and was hoping this would be the slimmer one - I can't tell from the photo. It's quite heavy, so I won't take it with me when I have to walk to yoga, but it looks and feels nice. An attractive addition to my kit.

I have been using this to help me with recovery for my shins/calves/ankles. It's perfect for doing calf raises and stretchs, and other exercises or stretches that need a step. I don't have steps in my flat so this is useful for meI also use it for doing bench presses at home without a bench, it's not perfect but it's slightly better than the floor.Overall would recommend

Plastic tape around the package. Plastic wrapping completely encompassing each block. And a plastic sleeve with logo around each block.Unsurprisingly, made in china. So the cork itself is probably questionable never mind the transport.Company name is Eco - classic green washing/ manipulating us. This product/ company could not be less eco so avoid it and try another company to buy the blocks from, don't make my mistake.

This yoga block measures 23cm L x 16cm W x 7.5cm H. That makes it wider than a small yoga block, but smaller than the largest size I usually use. It's made from compacted cork - like the material you'd typically find in ladies' high heel wedge shoes. It looks to be a good, solid block that hopefully lasts me for many years. I look forward to using it for stability exercises, however because it doesn't have the 'give' of an EVA foam block, I'll need to see how comfortable it is when I use it to support my back or pelvis during prone back stretches. However, I am confident that I could use it to sit or stand on and be perfectly stable and supported.
