Really nice flour, makes the best bread!
Just got this to make pasta because none of my local supermarkets sell it anymore. I must say it makes the most amazing bread bread ever. Used around a third Semolina to two thirds bread flour and the results are fantastic. No saggy bread, good rise and very, very soft airy texture. The taste and texture is lovely and so much better than bog standard bread flour. My neighbour even commented on the lovely smell wafting over the fence. Definitely good quality and value for money. Will probably get the 10 bag option next time and give some to my daughter. Really looking forward to experimenting more with this flour. Great find.

Perfect for making fresh pasta
Perfect for pasta. The grain size is excellent, it absorbs the water really well and remains compact. Honesty my favourite flour for pasta (and we make A LOT of pasta). We personally use 100g of flour + 50g water to make fresh pasta and work it until the dough leaves the bowl clean (ie. All the flour is collected in the same dough ball, no waste). I let it rest in cling film for 30min in the fridge and dust it with all purpose flour when shaping it. The pasta dries well in open air on a wooden cutting board/counter overnight. Great value for money because with 1 kg of flour you can serve 10 people. Tastes great. Smooth texture, not grainy like some other ones. Easy to digest. Highly recommend.

Perfect for pasta
Perfect for durum wheat pasta- cavatelli, trofie etc. Usually just use a 50% hydration and then a couple of extra drops of water if required until dough is smooth. Sometimes put a bit in breads for colour and flavour, and great for dusting too. Much better value as a multipack, as a bit pricey as singles.
