This entire process has been almost comical. I purchased the trimmers , received them and it didn’t work. I wasn’t able to speak to anyone, I don’t know if this company has a customer service department. To add insult to injury, not only did the trimmers not work they have yet to refund my money and it’s been almost 2 weeks. I don’t have an issue with a process, but when you know you putting garbage products on the market make it easier for your customers to return them! ! I didn’t need the trimmers to be perfect, but the fact there was not one person I could speak to about my concerns, well I come from an era where my money is respected more and for that reason I will never do business with this company again.

I’ve been using the Coco Veloce trimmers for a few months now in my barbershop, and they’ve quickly earned a permanent spot on my station. Straight out of the box, the design is sleek, lightweight, and ergonomic. It feels solid but not bulky in the hand. Performance-wise, these trimmers deliver crisp, clean lines with minimal effort. They’re great for detailed edging, beard work, and tight fades around the ears. The motor is surprisingly quiet but still powerful, and there’s very little heat buildup, even after multiple back-to-back cuts. Battery life is excellent — I can get through several clients on a single charge, and it charges up fast. The blades are sharp out of the box and haven’t needed any adjustments yet, but they look easy to zero-gap if needed. I’m not a barber or hair professional, but this exact trimmer was recommended by a barber who helped shape my handlebar mustache. I’ve used it at home a few times so far, and it’s been excellent. It's nice to get what you pay for. I'm not a professional, but you’d never guess that I cut my husband's hair it looks great thanks to the clipper's ease of use.
