First of All do not buy . Second, I'm serious . Why? This medicine "Neo-Helar" is a medicine made in the middle east and also mainly sold there. If you bought it you know there's a text in Arabic as well. It is a very good and effective medicine, but these people who sell it buy it for a very cheap price. I buy it from Tunisia , where I live for 2.6$ Us dollars or 6 Tunisian Dinars. When I went to the USA I bought it for 25$ which is 10 times more expensive which comes now to around 60 Dinars! The price may not be a problem for some people or when your anal area is suffering too much to care about money . But the thing is when I opened the medicine to use it : - The suppositories were smaller than the ones I buy from home- They were more pale because of aging. I assume they were old._ they had no smell, and the smell is what distincs Neo-Helar from other similar products.-and the shocker is that I've seen a black dot on each of the suppositories and it seemed more like rot .Overall the medicine did not have any medical value by the time I received it . It was more like a waxy lubricant. That was the last time I buy from this seller. These products I assume are brought from the middle east in unhealthy conditions to your home in the USA.

This is a unique product. It actually works! From the moment I inserted it had a cooling feel. And the next day I felt better! After 3 days I had no more issues!

First time I bought it the product was in a good conditions. After that all what I received is BAD and you cant use it. If you are allergic to this component, it may not be suitable for you.I bought it under the belief the totality of ingredients were thoseposted on publicity here, but they failed to mention this crucial pieceof information. I have got it for a family member who is extremely allergicto this component and now I must return.
