I bought this to use in my garage to keep my Tub O' Towels handy at all times. This wasn't advertised as sized for this but I gave it a try. It was a bit too small. No problem. I used my angle grinder to cut a 1/4" section of the top and bottom rings. They have enough "give" that they hold the Tub O' Towels canister nicely. Too finish off my cuts, I used 3/16" wire shelf end caps and 5/16" bolt caps as the rings are two different sizes. It's worked wonderfully for me.

I put this by my front door it fits the all the sized of the clorox wipes.

Simple and practical to install. Durable and does the job!

Perhaps the design has been updated since Brian Compton's review, but this item now perfectly fits a Tub O' Towels without modification.
