iNSTONE PLA-18 3D PLA Filament 1.75mm for 3D Printer, 1 kg Spool, Various Colors, Black

As others have stated, the reel was light, probably around 900g of filament, I weighed it when I got it but forgot the exact number. It is also pretty brittle. I have been able to get some ok prints from it, but anything that has a larger surface area tends to warp.I use other cheap filaments with the exact same setting and do not have the issues I am having with this. When spending this little on filament I expect some issues that I can adjust setting for, but I cannot recommend this even at the discounted price.

Upon revcieving the spool I thought it might be so cheap because it wasn't a kg (The spool looks suprisingly small)I checked the amazon listing and it is indeed listed as a 1kg spool. Upon weighing it, it weighs less then 1kg. WITH THE SPOOL. The spool seems similar to my hatchbox filament spool which runs around ~160g which puts this spool at roughly 800g give or take (and honestly take, it looks beefier).Already that's enough to return it, but I've also decided not to print with it after inspecting the spool.I ordered black and it doesn't look close to black, more like 75% gray.It's filled with dust despite being in a sealed package.These some sort of larger particulates, maybe goop?The filament is incredibly brittle and appears to have broken 3-4 times on the spool, without even unwinding any of it.There;s weird grind marks all over it, I was able to spot 3 unique ones, there's possible more.

So like other users have noted, I ordered the black and it was on the light side. Only 1kg including the spool. The other big issue I ran into is that the filament needs to be dried out before printing. On a brand new print right from the vacuum sealed bag I was getting popping and inconsistencies with extrusion. Had to dry the filament in the oven to get a good print.

Works Great with my XYZ DaVinci Jr. 1.0 Pro

Snaps while being moved around by print head at reasonable speeds, pretty brittle. Would not recommend.
