प्रोडक्ट रिप्लेसमेंट सम्भव नहीं हो सका क्योंकि आपके द्वारा भेजा गया प्रोडक्ट मैच नहीं कर रहा था। बहुत ही निराशाजनक। वर्षों से कस्टमर होने के बाद भी पहला रिप्लेसमेंट भी नहीं हो पाया।Amazon छोटे छोटे अमाउंट की चीज मंगाने के ही लायक । 5000/- रुपए से ऊपर की चीज मंगाने के लिए इस पर भरोसा नहीं किया जा सकता क्योंकि पहले रिप्लेसमेंट में 1 hp की जगह 0.5 hp का सामान भेड़ने की कोशिश की गई। जन रिटर्न की बात की गई तो वेरिफिकेशन फेल्ड कहके पल्ला झाड़ने की कोशिश की जा रही है। बहुत ही निराशाजनक।
