Hold charge well and picture quality is goodness plays lullaby tunes although you can hear it on your end unless you turn the volume off but we haven't needed to use this function.

I purchased this to keep an eye of my puppy at night.Once your camera is hooked up to the mains and powered on it will connect automatically with the handheld device.On the main screen of the handheld you can find the room temperature via the thermometer on the camera, battery level and current date/time.Audio comes through to the handheld from the camera and the same can be done the other way round at the push of a button so you can talk to your baby (or dog in my case).Again the lullaby mode can be turned on/off at the touch of a button and simply plays a soothing tune through the camera.This does everything you would need from a baby monitor and comes in at a competitive price. For a budget monitor it does everything I need. The picture and sound quality is very good. Used as a second monitor at grandmas house.
