Item is as described. Made in China product sold at a discount price, so you get what you pay for. The unit works as advertised. Please be sure to use a properly wired and grounded receptacle with GFCI protection. I had a few issues with mine until I ran a properly grounded power source. When that was fixed, everything worked properly. Be aware that instruction are poor, troubleshooting issues of why some functions worked and others did not took skill to overcome. Customer support from Amazon tried to help troubleshoot but they ran out of ideas. Msgd the seller and have to wait more than a day to get a response. Their advice also did not resolve the issue. When I msgd that to them I never got a response, So I figured it out on my own and it works as advertised. I now need to find better instructions for proper use of the remote.

I was having some difficulty with the water adjustments. They were very responsive with good suggestions. They solved the problem. I will be looking at more products for purchase from this company. The performance is is excellent.

This is the fifth one of these that we tried. Some, the aim was awful and others slid all over the seat no matter how much I tightened it up. This one the aim is fairly good, the water is warm, most of the time. The seat is warm all the time but I did have to turn the heat on the blower/dryer off. Maybe I have a sensitive bottom but they all seemed too hot to be comfortable. But even without the heater element on in the blower it dries you. So far this has been my favorite.The reason for four stars instead of five is there's no way to turn the beep off. So at night, every time someone goes in to use the bathroom, it wakes me up. Also the light is so bright, you'll notice I cut a piece of black tape to put over it. I wish there was a way to turn the external lights off. Perhaps it would only come on when the lid was lifted.One last thing that would have made this better, is if the plug attached to the GFI would plug into the outlet and come off to the side instead of sticking out so far. Now I bought a sideways outlet to put on top of my outlet so that works.Hope this helps.

I've had this product for 11 months and we love it! Seat stays warm, water is warm and has many adjustment options. I do wish it would adjust forward a bit more but it does the job. Warm air dryer is nice but it takes a bit of time to dry so I don't use it often. I have a child with constipation issues so this has been a total game changer for him (and my sanity!). For women, it's a game changer when it's that time of the month! I literally hate using the "regular" toilets at work now! It was easy to install even though the manual wasn't the greatest. We are spoiled now and hate "going" anywhere but home. More comfortable than most contour seats we've tried.

After adding electric circuit by toilet and connecting, the bidet water valve solenoid was defective! Poor translation to English made Difficult use instructions kept us wondering if we'd not operated correctly..Such a disappointment!

Amazing! This is my first bidet. I had to go fancy or not at all. I still scream when it turns on. I'm still not comfortable with what is going on down there but love the end result. I usually like to get in and get out but now I have to sit here and let my toilet clean & dry me. The heated seat is phenomenal. I wish there was a back & foot massager. The remote just makes everything easier. This was my 2nd purchase. My first one was used! Missing parts. I was pretty upset but I waited for the exchange, which was easy. Set up was easy. Then Boom water temp light was blinking. Didn't work. I tried what the toilet lid said to do but still didn't work. I gave it a day until I tried it again. I went back to reviews so see what people said and their amazing helpful review gave me confidence to try again. Followed lid directions again and boom again, it worked. Wish I got this when shelves were empty of TP! Better late then never💩🍑 even if you already have a bidet... Replace it with this one!! Heated seat, heated water, heated dryer, so many settings. Hands down

It works great! But, it's too high seating for my butt. For a man, it's difficult to do number #1 while you're doing #2. You have to bend it over and squeeze to make barely suitable room for #1. Other than that difficulty, it’s amazing!

The toilet seat is a little small, and the dryer doesn't work perfectly but for the price point this has an abudance of features that you can't find in this range. The remote works great even if it is cheaply made; and all the functions work as expected
