This fan in no way produces 230 CFM probably not even half that! Fast delivery nicely boxed but compared to my grey metal colored 4" I power online is rated at 195 CFM. I use a speed controller for my older model and side by side this one full blast and my old one at low speed the old one still out performing on low speed. This item was not as advertised and I needed a fan desperately but I would have never bought this if I known what I know now.
