They are a fantastic addition to my setup, especially for listening to music while I work my morning shifts. The Bluetooth connection is reliable, and they pair up without any hassle. I really like the red charging case with the clear LED Display that shows the battery life right at 100. It takes all the guesswork out of knowing when to plug them in. The Dual Mic Call Noise Cancelling is also a nice touch that keeps audio clear. If you need a good pair of wireless earbuds for everyday listening, I recommend giving these a try.

Sound quality is some of the best I've had in earbuds, let alone rest-in-ear buds. The fit is certainly a bit on the large size, but I don't mind as I have bigger ears. I used these for music, movies, and gaming; and they excelled on all fronts. However, after 2 months the right bud stopped working suddenly and without incident. It still connects with BT fine and the touch controls work, so it is seemingly just the speaker that has gone bad. Would love to give these 5 stars for how great they sound and work otherwise, but they need to last longer than a couple of months. ----- TOZO support contacted, replacement on its way in less than a day! Can't wait as using my backups has solidified just how much I appreciate the sound and fit of these buds.

The good: These earbuds sound great! I’m especially impressed by the bass! I’ve tried a few other earbuds that claim to produce good bass, but they sound weak and tinny compared to these. The touch controls are simple and easy to remember. The case charges pretty fast. These fit very well in my ear, are very comfortable, and stay in place. The bad: After about a year, the left earbud started to occasionally not connect to Bluetooth or in the charger and also it does not hold a charge nearly as long as the other. It’s very easy to accidentally touch the control area when adjusting the position in your ear. I’m on the fence as far as if I would buy these again when the left earbud fails.

I’m an avid user of earbuds because I enjoy audiobooks and a variety of music from metal to rap and everything between. I am on the phone a lot and take part in many conference calls and video conferences. While doing all these things I need to hear my family’s texts and the various alarms I set to remind me of my daily meetings and appointments. When I drive home from work I take calls or listen to music and when I’m finally relaxing in the evening I like to watch movies on my phone. Literally every part of my day requires me to have good earbuds which sound great when I need good quality and long battery life as well as a good connection for my phone calls and my colleagues need to clearly hear me on conference calls. I can’t be troubled with low batteries or poor bluetooth. Having said all that, Tozo has been the one brand that I can consistently rely on to get me through my long days. The Tozo T21 check all of my boxes. So far I haven’t had low battery alerts although I typically wear earbuds for 10-11 hours per day. Everyone says that my phone calls are clear whether I’m driving with the windows down or sitting in my office. The mics do an excellent job of picking up my voice but not every sound around me. I really enjoy the Tozo app for adjusting the EQ for my specific needs as my music choices require a variety of different sound profiles. I say this in every review and will continue as long as it remains honest, Tozo is consistently the best quality at an excellent price. You can spend 5x more money and get a product that isn’t on the same level as Tozo. If you’ve never tried their products, stop reading reviews and looking for the best value, you’re already there. Treat yourself to something nice and get some Tozo earbuds. You can get a nice variety of earbuds for very little money.

I love these so much, I bought another pair. Wish I had found them sooner. Sound quality is great, the battery lasts FOREVER, and they’re easy to use. The magnets in the case hold the earbuds in really well.

I'm a huge fan of JBL. Their portable speaker lineup has me in a chokehold and when I was looking to buy Bluetooth earbuds they were the first company I sought out. I'm coming from the JBL 225s which were a decent pair of earbuds for me at the time. Those JBLs cost me $90. For a third of the price these blow my JBLs out of the water. The clarity, the volume and the battery life have impressed me more than anything. The ease to connect was also impressive. I'm someone who needs an audiobook, podcast, or long form YouTube video to fall asleep to and I'm used to my JBLs dying somewhere in the middle of the night. (It's fine because by the time they die I'm already asleep.) I was shocked when I woke up to the earbuds still playing media. If you think that maybe the old JBLs have batteries that are well worn, it should be noted that they couldn't last 8 hours when they were brand new. The volume on these earbuds are perfect. I can hear them while on the subway. I can hear them on a busy NY street. The size is a bit of a mixed bag. They are fairly large and I don't feel they are particularly secure when wearing them. I have yet to see them just fall out but I don't feel like they are safe from popping out. I can't handle the feeling of silicone tipped earbuds that sit in your ear canal so I only buy this style. For that reason, size and fit are incredibly important. While they haven't slid out yet, they also don't feel secure in your ear. The one caveat that I've found is the length of the stem on the earbuds. Sometimes I just want to slightly adjust the placement of an earbud and the touch sensor in the earbuds will trigger a play/pause or virtual assistant command. It's a minor annoyance at best but I know that a larger stem on the earbuds could prevent accident button presses. As far as range is considered, I've walked pretty far from my phone and these didn't drop a single note or stutter. I do have one negative opinion about the case. Love the display reading with battery levels but most modern phones can tell you that already. Not a knock but it does feel unnecessary. The case itself also has the tendency to shut way too easily. It's almost like it's magnetically attracted to closing. This isn't make or break but it can get annoying and finicky when you're trying to remove and earbud and the lid of the case keeps snapping closed on your fingers. It doesn't hurt but it does make earbud removal sometimes a task. Overall I'm loving these. The battery life is excellent. The volume is better than expected. The ease of use is a thumbs up.

Update: I purchased these in April 2025 and by late July 2025, the left earbud refuses to charge despite my best efforts cleaning up the earbud and the charging hole. After contacting the manufacturer about it, and proving to them with a video that the device has a manufacturing defect, they told me that, despite the warranty saying that I'm eligible for a refund within the 12 month window if there's a manufacturer defect (which this qualifies), that they are refusing the refund because I bought it from Amazon (note: I thought Amazon was an authorized seller). That means buying these products from Amazon is a waste of money. But TOZO is not a good brand and their manufacturing process doesn't care much for precision. You get what you pay for. This is Chinese junk and you will likely have only temporary success with it. This is the 2nd pair of TOZO earbuds that have suffered the same fate. So I filed a complaint against them as a company on Amazon for not honoring the manufactures warranty they sold me with the product I purchased, and despite being out of the replacement or refund window on Amazon by far more than 30 days, but still well within the 12 month manufacturers warranty, Amazon gave me my money back in the form of a gift card and promptly filed my complaint. And they instructed me to leave a negative review. I also asked AI (ChatGPT) for its opinion on TOZO earbuds and it told me: "Reality Check: Many users report terrible support, especially after the 30‑day return window. If customer service is not helpful, you may be out of luck even within warranty. Bottom line: TOZO promises a 12‑month warranty (with possible extension to 18), but enforcement seems sketchy. Buy only from authorized sellers, file claims early with paperwork, and don’t count on stellar support outside the 30‑day window." As far as the fit, I wanted to mention that they're a little big for the gap that they sit in between the ear flap (called the "intertragal notch") and thus become uncomfortable after wearing them for several hours. Also, because there's no rubber tips, they don't have ANC (of course), though I know it's still possible to have ANC without rubber tips but that's really hard to find outside of the airpod variety.

I was pretty disappointed in how quickly these crapped out. I think I got about 4 months ish?(definitely less than 6 months for sure) with one ear bud, and around 2 months (maybe less) with the other ear bud!! Even though they were only $20 that’s still crazy. It might’ve been because I used them in the shower but that shouldn’t have been an issue if they were really IPX8 as claimed! (IPX 6 means it can handle “powerful water jets from all directions” which should include showering, and IPX7-8 is supposed to mean it’s able to be fully submerged like in a tub or pool, which I didn’t even do.) I religiously cleaned them dry on the connector area every time they were used around water because I was trying to make sure this exact thing didn’t happen, yet they did stop charging completely, so soon after buying. I didn’t sign up for the warranty - don’t be like me, it’s free to sign up with TOZO but I was too lazy for something only $20 with great reviews.. Even if I did, I’m not sure if it would matter since another review here mentioned TOZO not honoring their warranty. I can’t speak to that experience but I can believe it based on the price and the quality I experienced in their product.. I rarely ever write bad reviews especially on well rated products with so many purchases n ratings, so maybe I was just unlucky or something, who knows. Either way I personally wasn’t happy, 2/5 because it sorta worked for a bit at first.

C'est la 4ème paire d'écouteurs Tozo que j'achète, et la meilleure. Ils ont tous une bonne suppression du bruit et une autonomie de batterie remarquable (au moins quelques heures), mais je pense que c'est peut-être la meilleure qualité sonore. Ils sont également plus lisses et donc plus confortables.

Excellent earbuds that sound perfect in every way. Good at all frequencies and very comfortable to wear. The charging case incorporates a handy charge level indicator which lets you know how much charge is left as a percentage.
