These scissors are large but they do a great job. I do alot of different crafts and very often after a while my scissors dull. These are still going strong cutting paper, threads, I coud even use these to cut chicken. They are not flimsy at all. Definitely will have to buy another pair to keep in another room.

For once the description was spot on. These are really nice, comfortable, heavy duty, sharp scissors. The blades are very keenly matched and the cutting surface one blade against the other is tight and smooth through the cut. Of course, they have the characteristics of something built to be tough and long lasting. It is a law in this universe that such a thing will not be light and feathery with a dream like quality when used. At least that seems to be true in my universe. I can't understand comments being critical of a thing for not being from this universe.

I’ve bought two pairs of these because I love them so much. They cut through just about anything. They’re super durable. I’ve also had them for a few years now and they still look brand new. These scissors are the best!

Got these today and so far they're great. I needed the heavy size in my laundry room, where I keep certain cat things. These scissors are to cut the big catfood bag, plus their treats bag, plus the bag of clay litter. My previous scissors I was using were rusting at the hinge, and according to the Amazon AI, these ones don't rust. The bigger (9.5") size really helps, too. I'm thinking of getting the set of the 8.5" and 9.5" for the office and crafts. Unfortunately I cannot review these scissors based on experience with them, but I do have experience with mediocre scissors and based on that, I think it's well worth it to instead, use a pair like these, which will perform. I recommend!!

I haven't had the scissors very long but they seem to cut very well. My hope is that they stay sharp which I find most scissors don't over time. I will update again later.

The handle is a little tight on my hand, but the scissors cut good and do a good job.

This is my 5th pair! They're sharp. They're comfortable in your hand and have nice weight to them. I keep a pair in several rooms of my home!

These are nice scissors. I already have the larger size and ordered two of the smaller size. One to keep and one for a friend as part of a housewarming gift.
