Green Valley Supply Drawstring Plant Cover (2-Pack 50" x 72")

I got this to protect my hibiscus from the freezing temps in south Texas. It was very easy to put over the plant and the material seemed good. Unfortunately, it still froze, but I don’t think it’s probably the cover’s fault. I think it just got too cold here, probably would have survived 26-28*, couldn’t do 20* (very rare temps this year). Next year I plan to wrap the plant in Christmas lights and cover for extra heat.

We bought these to protect our well established shrubs from being devoured by a very destructive rabbit (s)? The devastation done last winter by the domestic rabbit or rabbits that either escaped or were freed by our neighbors was incredible. That, coupled with the loss of a very old Pine last Fall to the Gypsy Moth and a Birch this Fall to a serious grub infestation, led us to invest in these covers. Since before Halloween they have protected our shrubs. They also have stayed put even in harsh, blizzard conditions already experienced near Canada. The rabbit has not chewed through the fabric. These covers will definitely make it harder for critters to feast on our shrubs this winter. The drawstring is very well designed: very secure and so much easier than staking tents. Great product for a reasonable price. Delivered when promised and we experienced no problems with billing or delivery.

I love this cover because the drawstring helps secure it at the base of a potted plant. The sunlight can get through but the plant is definitely protected from freezing temps. I do water the plant occasionally since we don't have much snow right now. Temps have gotten as low as 18 degrees and the plants are still doing well. I did have some annuals mixed in with the perennials and they are still doing well also. Did not expect that. Very happy with this purchase.

I bought four of the largest in total, each of which shipped fasr and arrived in good condition. I bought the largest ones they offer to ensure as my plants grew The bag would still fully cover them. Excellent product that is breathable and still allows sunlight to the plant. The drawstring is definitely a plus as you can get a tight singe at the base of the plant. Excellent for keeping rodents out when the plants are fruiting as well. Highly recommend.

These work great bought several, they have held up very well in even the worst weather conditions. Fairly easy to slip over your smaller trees, I used these on my apple trees from 5-6’ with plenty of branch space. Now they are protected from the extreme cold and deer
