Clean house or more dirty
I was so excited for this product. I thought it would help cut my cleaning time down. I bought this product in January of this year and it has been a massive disappointment. The first month, I was in love with this product and then it quickly went down hill. For starters the battery doesn’t even last 10 minutes, but takes forever to charge. I wouldn’t be able to vacuum mop my kitchen and living room in the same battery life because I can barely get through the kitchen before it just dies. At the beginning I could do my whole downstairs and still have battery life left. Now water just pours out of it when I am using it. The water isn’t leaking from anywhere it’s just the water mopping but to excess. It leaves water spots all over my floors. Now where I get extremely disappointed. I was noticing after vacuum mopping my floors were still feeling gross on my feet, so I tested it. I have a vacuum with the led lights. And also for reference I have two dogs. I would vacuum mop while my dogs were outside and then pull out the vacuum and what I noticed was the vacuum mop wasn’t even vacuuming anything up. When I would go with my normal vacuum there was still so much dirt and dog hair and whatever else left on my floors. I stopped using the vacuum mop for a month or so and just kept using my vacuum and steam mop. I then tested the vacuum mop again and still the same problems.

Better than expected
I used it 3x so far and continue to be impressed. I debated whether to give it 4 stars because of the cons, but the positives far outweigh the negatives for me, because I hate washing floors and this solved the issue for me. My floors look great, I love how it scrubs the tough stains on my kitchen tile and that it vacuums and washes my floors at the same time. What really shocked me was how it cleaned up an old brown stain on my carpet (I sprayed carpet with stain remover first). It also lifted dirt to the surface in an old carpet stain that I was able to scrub off using a cotton cloth. For those not happy about the roller not drying fast and causing mold, I take out the roller and put it on top of the flat portion of cleaner while it’s charging.Cons: Battery lasts 22 minutes but takes hours to charge. Self cleaning is not perfect, have to clean the brush to ensure it’s truly clean. It’s a little heavy when trying to do the stairs. It cannot pick up lint on carpet.

Great machine! **update - leaks!!!
The media could not be loaded. *****UPDATE*****Started leaking! I'm pretty sure it's the tubing inside that is leaking. I've contacted the seller and they offered a replacement but then ghosted me. No replacement, no refund. Thankfully, Amazon is amazing and is making it right letting me send it back. Disappointing. Didn't even have it for a year.I wish I had needed an upgrade sooner from my old machine that died. This thing is great!! Seems to do a good job cleaning. Battery life isn't great but I really only use it for spot cleaning. (I use my robot vacuum for the whole house usually) I do, however, wish I had control over how much water is put out. I usually put it on max cleaning mode to make sure enough water is coming out to get the floor clean (which probably is the cause of the battery not lasting that long.) It's self propelling which is great!! Sometimes a bit too much though lol. But I love how it still suctions for a few seconds after you hit the power button to turn it off. It helps to make sure you don't get a streak of dirty water left on the floor after turning it off. My old one would just stop and there would be a line of dirty water where the machine was standing.Overall, worth the purchase!

Very nice
Very powerful and works great. The only issue is that I wish the battery would last longer.

Won’t hold a charge?
Worked great for the first 6 months. Now it dies as soon as it starts up.

DO NOT BUY
Edit: This mop was great to start but now is the bane of my existence. Cleaning it is so difficult, it’s ’self clean’ does not result in an actual clean. If you have dogs/pets, do not purchase. I deep clean it manually every time and the smell is still horrid. Furthermore, I’ve had it very little time but have used it less and less and now it won’t fit the roller brushes. It glitches out and has ruined my floors because it instantaneously leaks. It’s as if something has broken on the electrical part and says the brush (freshly cleaned) is tangled and it just surges water out. I want a refund desperately but customer service is non existent as well.Old Review:This vacuum/mop situation has improved my quality of life. It’s easy to use, does such a good job cleaning all messes, and I can clean 2800 square feet on one tank of water/battery. It basically drives itself. It cleans itself. It has multiple modes. It’s such a good cleaning tool.Disclaimer: You have to clean it A LOT. The self cleaning feature helps but doesn’t really work.I also notice it doesn’t get marks off of the floor, so those you have to clean manually with some elbow grease. But basic mud, dirt, spills? This thing works.

Don't know the longevity
I have only had it for a short while but it does a great job. I have a 3200 sq ft house and about 2500 of it is Luxury vinyl tile and the battery life held up well. Its easy to assemble and to clean the roller. I find the cleaning function is necessary. The water after activating the clean switch is dirty so I know that works. Taking the roller off to clean debris is very easy to remove and put back on. I only gave it 3 stars because I don't know how long it will last. I am hoping for 2 yrs but it depends on how much I use it I guess. Self propelled was a must for me since I have so much floor to clean. I am in my 60's and I just can't or want to mop like I used to. I felt no exhaustion at all when finished and my floors looked clean and pretty! Time will tell about the longevity but I don't see the higher dollar ones doing any better as far as lasting goes. I am very happy with it now.
