I didn't think something so simple in design would help with my aches and pains. This pillow has made me feel much better. My back doesn't ache, and my knees don't feel strained like before using this pillow. It is well made and there's an included cover that's washable. It is reasonably priced and looks like it will last a good long time. I recommend that you try one. I believe you will like it!

When I first got the pillow I was shocked it was rolled up in such a small package. It’s firm enough to provide some stability but not rock hard. For the price I’m incredibly happy with it. I used it for the first time last night and this is the first I’ve woken up without having pain in my neck back and hips in WEEKS. I usually have horrible headaches all day thanks to how I sleep, and I cannot believe this provided me with real rest and relief.

The quality of the pillow is good for the price. The foam and cloth are very comfortable and the pillow returns to shape well after being compressed. Overall, it's decent for helping keep your legs together, but I wanted a pillow that would help keep my legs parallel. The Foam is too soft and thin in the middle for that in my experience. When sleeping on my side with this pillow between my knees, my knees touch just from the weight of my top leg.This is a decent product, just be aware of what you are looking for in function.

I was told to try sleeping with a pillow between my knees/legs to relieve pain, but I didn't really believe it would work. This little pillow has been wonderful and has provided much relief for my knee pain and discomfort. I'm able to sleep through the night.

It's semi-firm. It's better than nothing, but it's too soft and not as supportive to my needs.

Got this cheap pillow for between my legs it’s perfect and I’m a side sleeper and it makes my back feel way better

I like the pillow! The fabric on the outside is soft and is a nice heather gray color. The design is shaped nicely and fits the knee providing support and removing pressure. My only negative would be for those who are above average height...the pillow fits my knee, but is a little short for my husband who is well over 6 feet tall. We both like the pillow and use it.

Unfortunately I can't really recommend this one, I bought it for my wife to help with him pain. And although the look fit and finish are fine it just didn't offer the proper support. It's easy enough to use but the foam gives too easily and doesn't give long lasting pressure relief.
