It's just fluffy, spun sugar with coloring. This seems to have a bit of flavor but who are we kidding? This is cotton candy, it's literally just sugar. It's tasty af though!

Tasty but don't leave it out!
I left tis in a dish for a party and in a few hours, it had all crumbled. Eat it out of the package only. Flavor was good.
