This works well with a router and a modem outside

I have a mesh WIFI system in my house, but with all the brick and other interference I wanted to increase my WIFI coverage in my backyard. I had already run and installed a 110volt out let under the eaves of my house, so I took that down, installed this box, and then ran the power into the enclosure. This fit my TP router, and A Westinghouse power strip that is Alexa controlled, and the two transformers that I have for outside lighting. Keep in mind the fan that comes with it is 12 volt, so you will need to ad a step down transformer if you want to use it. Other than that I really like this enclosure for my project.

Good case, but lacks instructions. It is pretty basic and easy to install, but I don't know what to do about the fan and what is needed to power it. The item I am using does not need a fan, but I may need it in the future.

Works great for the VFD I have for my 2x72 belt grinder. You do have to hardwire the micro fan though, so I just bought a 12v plug in cord and rigged it to the fan. It’s inside, but it works great with keeping dust out and keeping my VFD from overheating. There’s a lot of metal dust that flies around when I’m grinding, so this was a must-have for the shop. Easy to install and comes with anchors for it. Plenty of space that’s adjustable inside, though the depth of it isn’t super huge. I just turned the VFD to the side though, so it’s not a big deal. Does its job well!

The box is good for the price. The waterproof feature is a bit of a stretch. The door seals do not seat well and will let water in along the top seam. Added a bead of silicone and it helps a bit.

I needed to mount Radio transmitters outdoors in a weatherproof environment. This box works quite well. It’s large enough to hold three transmitters and power supplies, each about the size of a paperback. It comes with a small fan and a matching exhaust. Both our rain resistant. The door closes nicely and it should provide a rain resistant enclosure. Comes with some water tight seals for cable entry as well. Like most Chinese made plastic boxes it appears fairly lightweight, but is strong enough to stand up well on the on a vertical surface. Well, I’m used to heavy duty plastic and steel industrial boxes, this does the job for light duty applications.
