brilliant book, basic
brilliant book, basic, plenty of helpful tips on how to cope with RA, and not too much baffling clinical jargon

Very basic, does not advise enough on this subject, there should be far more information on what NOT to eat and why. Also the title suggesting using this book will cure the problem in 30 days would be wonderful if possible just following this book but not realistic, how great if that were true. Whilst the basic diet is relevant it is far from complete and therefore I feel will lead to disappointment considering the 30 day claim of the title a very complex subject sufferers require a much more detailed guide on naturel treatment and diet

An Uplifting and Informative little book
This book is uplifting and informative. I have adopted the suggestions re stretching exercises (all described in detail) and continue to take some of the listed health foods and juices daily. The results have been very encouraging and certainly keep me in a positive place. As the book says 'whilst it may be tempting to lounge around all day barley moving from the sofa, I may be doing myself more harm than good'. So I have changed my attitude and sitting around for too long is no longer an option. The book is written in a conversational way and has taken me a few reads to take it all in. For me, its been a great purchase.

Don't mess about with Rhematoid Arthritis, books making claims like this prey on the vulnerable and the desperate.
Please, please be very careful when reading this. Rhematoid Arthritis is a very serious condition. It doesn't just affect joints but your eyes and other organs too. Out of control RA can kill you. It's rare but it can. There is absolutely no medical evidence or studies to back up the claim that a serious life-limiting auto immune system illness can be 'cured' with anything let alone diet. I am sorry but THERE IS NO CURE FOR RHEMATOID ARTHRITIS. Sometimes people experience long periods of very reduced symptoms but they will return and all the time the condition could be causing serious unknown damage to your body. Mr Preston please don't prey on vulnerable people in pain.I am a life long RA suffer. I have had it since babyhood. If I had relyed on diet I would be in a wheelchair, in horrendous pain, completely dependant on others for everything. Clue; if something sounds too good to be true, sadly it probably is.
