It's a very good speaker with the added bonus of watching peoples faces when I have it playing in my hand and then put it against a window!!Really needs an empty surface on which to play, as anything loose will vibrate, giving the effect of distortion, but that's not the fault of the speaker.Battery lasts a good few hours too, with little or no offline discharge.Was giving this a 4 but having read my own review, I can see no fault in this thing :-)

The sound quality does vary depending on what you put it on, as you would expect. I bought it to use with an autistic child who seeks sensory input and is drawn to vibration. He loves it! All the children in nursery love it and the ASN children in particular. The ASN team were also impressed with it.

It worked for about an hour! In that hour it had good sound... The seller was helpful and no issue getting refund

Amazed how good this item is.Amplifies on any surface but practically best I found on an uncluttered table or mantelpiece.Surround sound it isn't but using my ipod it maintains the pretty distinct sounds for musical instruments rather than a wall of sound.. Good battery life too before a charge is necessary..Simple idea that has been well developed to produce a really useful and convenient gadget.

love this tiny little speaker. well worth the money and hours of entertainment watching peoples faces as you roam around putting it on any surface you can find although my personal favorite has got to be either a big window or a wheely bin cant fault it at all ive bought other more expensive speakers that sound almost the same glad ive found this now as i want more to link them up and make a louder sound
