There are two holes in the mask which is why I see no steam come near my nose and mouth. How are people saying that it does the job??

Suitable design, for purpose. Smells plasticy at first,but not a unpleasant scent. First time use with just steam. It made a complete different with my sinuses. A friend noticed the difference in my voice tone and clarity! Just some common sense ,with hot liquid. Otherwise, user friendly. Quite satisfied. Thankyou.

The simple device is effective enough at making steam available, but the face attachment is made of a soft plastic material which gives off a foul and enduring smell. Whether this is some residual chemical used in it's manufacture or a property of the particular plastic itself I don't know. Whatever it renders the item unusable for me

Does what is expected of it. Much easier and less work than towel over head!

Like: Portable, good material, can handle very hot water..Dislike: steam goes out of side holes of inhaler, so have to use thumb to stop them then it works fine. I found very small in size.Helpful during the pandemic going on.

Very bad...no use...bought another steamer works with electricity

Dosen't work because the cup is too small. The smell of the plastic is awful, you would be better off using a bowl with hot water and a towel over your head.

i liked the product but the nosepiece needed to be a little more rigid and the vent holes smaller, otherwise ok, does the job
