Great product and fast acting with no burning

Works for only about 6 hours for me
Not all Oxymetazolnie decongestant sprays work for me. Major Decongestant spray didn't work at all. Mucinex Sinus Max uncloggs my nasal passages for about 6 hours during the day and not quite 12 hours, sprayed at bedtime. Both Tukol , which is not currently available, and Family Care Nasal Relief sprays give me12 hours of free breathing taken at bedtime, but not during the day, so I have to mouth breathe for a few hours

Spray - Cooling - Stuffy Nose - Gone Gone - Instant Relief.
Mucinex Sinus Max Nasal Spray is the best nasal spray I have used in the 66 years I have been alaive. The spray is cooling, does not burn or sting. The relief of my stuffy nose was instantaneous. Works the whole work day long.

It WORKS !
Did not think it would work. Certainly did not trust the hype. Right nostril and sinus plugged for two weeks - head cold. This (Mucinex Sinus-Max) completely cleared right nostril and sinus in three minutes flat. Congestion gone. Full throttle clear breathing through what I thought would never be clear again. Ok now I believe it !

Allergy season survival product
This has been a horrible allergy season for me. If I hadn’t had this product I would have been miserable. Works super quick. I carry one in my purse and I keep another on my nightstand. Love this product
