Book looks like it comes from the dollar store. I can get more information from a 10 minute YouTube video than I could in that whole entire book.

really good ad indepth coverage of teh subject. with bonus video , however only on instagram which i dont use but the videos are bonus so no use complaining, i still accessed them via fakebook
