Can you use this in a tanning bed?

NO - There are specific products made for use in a tanning bed - not this one - also - I was not pleased at all with this product - I do not recommend it - I did not get any tan at all from using it - and I used it all summer long last year. I will not purchase it again.

what are the expiry dates on these items?

Individual boxes have individual dates. But the stuff is so good you’ll use it up FAST!
