How do I write an objective review about these?
Okay, I bought a set of the black label batteries about the same time I bought the lava 300's. It's not my place to bad mouth people here but out of a pack of 5 black label batteries, only 3 remain. 2 developed a dangerous condition which required discharging them completely and throwing them away . The Betafpv lava 300's have lasted about a year so far, flight time is still the same, and none of them have become "puffy" like the black label batteries. The reality in fpv is that you should expect to buy some batteries every 6 months. The lava 300's are still holding up though some are fickle on the contact to the battery lead. This can be wear on the battery lead and/or wear on the battery connector on the craft. With that being said, I am still flying lava I batteries next to my new batch of lava II's and they are still delivering performance unlike the black label batteries which have begun to fail. I like Betafpv batteries whether I bought them here on Amazon or somewhere else.

The perfect size and weight for AIR 65
These batteries are perfect for my air 65. Running indoors gives me nearly 3 or more minutes. Thats a lot more than my Cetus X does by default kit. These batteries are light and has plenty of power. Just make sure to take care of them and they'll be keeping the fun going.

Great batteries but one of the 5 is defective.
Great battery for meteor 65 pro. Has awesome recovery. It would have been 5 star but one of the batteries came in and must have had a loose conector. If it gets bumped the quad resets and turns off. (Only happens with this one battery all the others are great)

Slightly better than the competition.
Better than the BetaFPV brand for speed, battery life and durability. But, not by much. These are all 1S batteries, I can only judge one pack I got v the other and these lava ones do slightly better. They all function fine with any 1S drone and they fit great. Overall I would rather have 5 Lava batteries than 6 betaFPV batts.

Professional FPV Pilot here..
I've tried all the competitors, webleed, tattu, newbeedrone, hyper juice.. These Z-Fold style are top and just as good as my Webleed lipos. These batteries will last you a long time if you discharge/storage charge them. If you don' thave a charger with a storage function/screen please get one. A good 1s charger with a screen like the woopster they sell on Amazon will save your batteries life because you can. The BetaFPV charger is really bad and won't charge your batteires all the way, and you won' thave control of the power setting. If you're bad at storage chargin your batteries like I am, these will last you at least few months. Compared to my webleed batteries these do seem to crumple, accordian on the front if you have full speed crashes, where my webleed seem to hold up a bit better. However, I find these Lava's don't swell up like my Tattu's or the blue betafpv batteries.
