I purchased Lemon Bee and Other Peculiar Tales because I was at once attracted and intrigued by the beautiful cover of the book. I thought I would definitely enjoy reading the stories inside at my leisure. As it happened, once I picked up the book and began to read, I could not put it down! I was caught up instantly! I was taken in! I was transported into the world of this amazing and talented author, becoming immersed in every detail, feeling every emotion, and clearly seeing every perfect description set before me, as if I were living my own long forgotten dreams and realities of life.These are stories of metamorphosis, insight, and redemption. These are stories of holding on and letting go, of the sacred rites of passage from spiritual darkness into light.It is a book that I will carry with me in my soul forever: a must read for any young (or older) person who has ever felt stuck, or angry, or helpless, or different.I definitely recommend this book, and as I do so, I look upon the new author, Patricia dompieri, with great admiration for sharing this truly remarkable book with the world.
