Soft & comfortable
Very nice and soft material. Pretty pink color. Bought for neighbor moving across country for a comfortable flight. Came in vacuum packed bag that returned to original size when I cut the bag open. Very pleased with comfortability around neck.

I just received this pillow today. Like others thought I was sent the wrong product but very wrong. Vacuum sealed and as soon as I opened it, it puffed up great. I have cervical radiculopathy, pinched nerves in my neck so I saw this and thought I'd try it while watching TV or drawing which I do a lot of. I need support. I am sitting here with this on & it feels good. It can also hold my heating pad on....I can turn my neck both ways, no issues. I know this is not a medical device but it just might be something that helps me. So far, so good. I love the memory foam.... I love it.

Very firm
Very firm support memory foam. Itโs made nice though. If you are looking for something less firm, this may not be the best choice. I needed something to support my neck while sleeping in a recliner chair. I found it to be too firm, giving me a stiff neck.

Best plane nap ever. Comfy memory foam, soft fabric on outside. The snaps make it easy to travel with by attaching to a bag or purse straps.
