The picture quality is great; although there is a slight delay. Tilt and pan feature is extremely helpful. Did not have an opportunity to try two-way talk. Very easy to use once it is set up. Had trouble pairing it to my iPhone; used tech support and still could not pair. Then all of a sudden one day it decided to pair. Tech support was pro-active as they called me several times to help resolve pairing. I was getting notifications all day long every day until one day they stopped. Cannot figure out how to get them back. Lost connection several times and since I don't live in the house where the camera is, it was a huge issue reconnecting it. Cannot retrieve 99% of messages on SD card. Pretty slow process when viewing video on SD card. Video dates were not matching up with actual date of video, so finding a particular date was difficult. Would be nice if you could delete all video with one click. I had to reformat the card. If you just want to watch live it works great!

Really good camera to watch over pets! Very clear in SD & HD and night vision. Definitely get an SD card for it. This way you'll have video. The pictures are clear and the talk feature is great! Make sure to put it in a place without obstructions, the higher the better. The rotating camera allows a wide range of view

You can't hear the audio either direction. The picture is OK but the audio sucks.I mainly bought it to listen in for crying and barking. I should have gotten the NESTfor $50 more.The tech help on the web-site is no help and I was on hold with the "questions"toll free number for over an hour before I hung up. The recording kept saying that I was "next" to be answered. Worthless.

I really love everything about this camera. The 360 degrees view is phenomenal and it gives me additional flexibility for placement. The only reason why I did not give it a five-star rating is that I cannot access the cameras through my computer, you must have a smartphone which drains the battery. If they can add the feature where you can access the cameras from your computer, then they would be a 5-star plus.

This cam was super easy to install and provides SD or HD video and pictures. I love the ease of use, and it works great on the iPhoneX. The speaker is an added bonus feature. It functions more like a "walkie-talkie" with a little bit of a delay and is not as loud as I would like for it to be, but my dog could hear it just fine after I watched him start chewing his $70 memory foam bed. I'm ordering a micro-SD memory chip so that I can use the "push notification alerts" function for motion and noise detection. Definitely love this pet cam so far!Edit (Jan 2020): Retrospectively I probably would have spent a little more money on a better camera. In general, my previous review remains the same, but I frequently encounter issues with connectivity. Each time my internet goes out, I have to spend time reconnecting the device. As of late the app refuses to recognize the camera and connect it to my internet. The reconnection issues are frustrating enough for me to buy a better camera.

The camera would not stay connected, and made my network give an 'abnormal network' error until I uninstalled the app from my phone. Audio was not great either. A very short window for returns on this item, so if you get one, be sure to try it out well before the 30 days are up. I am stuck with a $99 brick. Ordered to keep an eye on my pets while I'm at work. I can control the angle and talk through through the app. The speaker isn't super loud so don't expect to be able to yell at your pets if you catch them being naughty. The night vision is nice for the early morning when it is still dark in the house. I read a review that mentioned you need to be on the same wifi router as the device when using it, that IS NOT true. I can view the camera from anywhere that I have an internet connection.I had trouble adding the camera to the devices list of the app on my Pixel2 XL. Easily added the device to the app on my wife's Iphone and can view the camera on my android no problem once it was there.Overall I would recommend this product

Instructions were pretty clear and the camera was quick to set up. It does what it’s supoosed to do - no frills but efficient and the night vision is pretty good too. I love being able to check on my pup when he’s home alone. But he goes nuts when we talk to him in the microphone so we don’t use that part anymore.

Was not compatible with my router and could not pair it with my WiFi and had to return it. That's all I know about it. Any other models work find and never had any problem pairing.
