It's easy to use so I can get the froth just the way I like it. The buttons are simple, and it warms up quickly, so I don't have to wait long for my coffee. The size is very good for my kitchen, but it still holds a good amount of coffee.Cleaning is very easy Plus, it feels sturdy, and the materials seem like they'll last long .Overall, it is something that looks good, works well, and is easy to use, this coffee maker is a solid choice.

The media could not be loaded. Why u should not buy this product- Tried 2 identical products and both had similar issues....shows its a fundamental problem- The coffee machine doesnt stop until the water tank completely drains out.. (you will end up with diluted coffee water instead of actual coffee)- Spills all over the coffee powder holder (you will end up cleaning up the entire place after every coffee)- The technician visited when this repeated with replacement item and he doesnt have a clue and his response was to "its a new item.. continue to use it and it will be fine".. seriously..Just stay away from this product
