it was flimsy, The volume didn't go high enough, sound quality was lacking, and the one they sent me was about 1/3 louder in the right earbud than the left.

It's not flexible and callers complain that I sound muffled. It's because its too close fitting around the neck.

I have two issues with this product, I thought I included the protection plan but received two headphones instead. The other issue is the usb cord does not fit the headphone to charge. I will need to return this product.

Bought them for my husband. Had all the qualities he requested but he said when he listened to music it would skip and if he leaned his head over towards his shoulder it would completely stop playing. His phone which it was connected to was never sitting more than 5 ft away if that. Very displeased. Will be returning

Used twice one the connecting plastic broke only one ear piece works
