These do work I could see progress a couple days into using

Toxic chemicals in the “food grade” silicone made me sick.
No instructions was the least of my problems. The off gassing and toxic chemicals in the product made my mouth numb for hours, sick to my stomach, and vomiting. Be very careful

You have to get use to them
I have always wanted to try these from the commercials so I seen them scrolling through YouTube. There nice quality. It takes some time getting use to it. It's a weird feeling at first but slowly it gets easier. I have been using for weeks. its like when you start working out in the beginning then you get use to it with more use.

Decent product
This product is great for exercising ur jaw. However the product does tend to wear out after a few times of use. Over all decent product

Confusion with Pain
The instructions say to boil the mouth pieces, however, that seems more in line with mouth guards…VERY confusing. The device sucks your jaws as you’re using it, causing pain and sores to the inside of your jaw. The instructions need to be clearer. Also, there is no way to contact the seller, which is a red flag to me (the QR code on the so-called instructions doesn’t even work). I gave it three stars because I get the concept, but not the execution.

Works well
Been using these for a little while now and they have my jaw a lot stronger. Larger size will prevent it from being a choking hazard, and the different strengths will allow for gradual improvement. I’ll update on longevity in the future.

I ordered it in excitement as it looked what I actually wanted to buy and now after use of good 10-12 days, I have just started to see its effect. My friend even noticed that you are doing something to your face... Wink
