i needed something to prop up my one month old while she’s is bed with me; her reflux was keeping us both up. I bought this at 4am after hours of sitting upright holding her. The angle of this pillow is great and i actually like that is comes in two pieces because I can use only half for co sleeping and use the whole thing when she transitions to a crib later. She does slide down over time, but that’s to be expected I guess. It really helps with the reflux.However, the chemical smell of both the plastic and the fabric cover is REALLY strong. Like, keep me awake worrying if we’re both being poisoned strong. Hopefully airing it out outdoors will help. In the future I would do more research and find an organic, less smelly wedge.

This has been so helpful for my son! He was born 2 months premature and has really bad reflux. Until ordering some wedges, we were rolling up towels, blankets, etc to put under his dockatot. It was always uneven and when he slept in his bassinet, that method did not work. I ordered a smaller wedge first to use i the bassinet. Now that he naps in his own crib and we are beginning to transition him into his room for the night, we wanted a wedge to fit under his crib mattress. This works perfect and we rarely have any spit up issues. Yes, he does roll around, but that's normal of a baby and has nothing to do with the wedge.

It is firm enough to support the weight of my baby and the mattress. When take it out from underneath, it continues to maintain its shape (I was impressed because other competitors would go flat like pancakes). Going through so many crib wedges on Amazon and not knowing which one to purchase was stressful. Our daughter and my spouse just wanted a good and restful night sleep. After deciding to go with this crib wedge, we are extremely happy with the purchase and honestly, it is worth every dollar. It’s soft and firm at the same time and it doesn’t go flat when we put it under the mattress as advised on the boxed packaging.
