Excellent Data Only SIM Card, Great Customer Support and Network Flexibility.
I’ve been using this data-only SIM card to replace a very slow connection on broadband, and I’m extremely impressed. One of the standout features is the customer support. When you don't know what you are looking for in a product, it's a huge difference speaking to a real person compared to dealing with automated systems.This SIM card works seamlessly across three different networks, which is a great bonus. I'm now getting excellent coverage far exceeding the old broadband connection speeds, and the mobile network speeds are consistently fast.The online portal for topping up is incredibly easy to use, and has the flexibility to add more data at any time. Great data only sim
I found this sim works perfectly for me ,even better than my home wifi .I had trouble setting it up but the customer services knew and they contacted me and sorted it in about 5 mins great product and 5☆ customer services

Let down by this SIM in France. Spent money on a router and external aerial only to be let down by this SIM not connecting? Asked for help, answer phone and called back the next day. He said he could see I was in France (so for him to see I was in France the sim would need to be receiving a signal?) hole load of work throughs only for it not to work even when put directly in a mobile phone (garbage) had to tether to my mobile phone worked fine and France has good 5G. Just get a free Europe roaming deal on your contract and tether.

SIM worked brilliantly in Turkey and top-notch customer service.
Data SIM worked brilliantly in Turkey and got online without any issues. I initially had issues setting up the SIM card with my portable wifi while in the UK. I phoned customer service, and Zac answered quickly. He guided me patiently through the process. I have to say, customer service is top-notch.

Outstanding Support above and beyond expectations
Not having a great gift for technology I was completely stumped on how to register my new device and my SIM card. The team were absolutely fabulous from the first person who messaged me on Easter Saturday saying they were closed for the bank holiday but was willing to help anyway. We arranged another time but unfortunately I missed the call but I was by no means forgotten. Today I have had an exceptionally patient customer service person called Zac and he has talked me through everything.The sim is fantastic as it will connect to the strongest network signal.You can view usage and which network on the account you create.Definitely would recommend- marvellous service.

Product turned up on time and was really easy to set up.I had issues with my new TP link portable router.The company contacted me and took me through the step by step guide to sort it all out.Fully recommend this product to anyone looking to travel.Many thanks
