Very strong bed, well made and much better than the ones with slats.

The bed is great. I struggled a little bit with the instructions. The main issue was they had put all the bits you needed inside the bed but because it has the gas loaded lift it meant you had to have the ottoman open which made it really difficult.

Overall this is a good divan bed with lift up ( gas struts) storage. It lifts up from the side. It does not need much strength to lift it up and put it back down again. Very handy indeed to store items.Just the initial setup was a bit of a difficulty due to space limitations in my room.( If anything the headboard was one of the hardest things to fit )

I'd been looking for a decent ottoman bed with proper storage underneath (not just a bit of fabric velcroed to the bed frame or worse still, your stuff directly on the floor). This bed fits the bill perfectly as the storage is like 2 fitted wooden trays. The bed itself is easy to assemble, looks great and easy to lift and close to access the storage. Good communication from the seller too - definitely recommend

Ordered a Black Plush velvet, ottoman bed with side opening. Excellent quality bed and excellent customer service. Order placed on 29 December 2022, estimated delivery of 10 to 14 January 2023. Email received on 3 January 2023 asking for a telephone contact number, as they were delivering the bed on 4 January 2023. Driver arrived and was very pleasant and courteous. 10 out of 10 service from start to finish

The instructions are abysmal. They talk about fittings that don’t exist and are very unclear. The headboard struts are the cheapest possible flimsy wood. One of the headboard screws will not tighten because the hole is too big. The screw just goes round and round. A cheap and nasty product.

Lovely bed my granddaughter loves it, the gas lift lifts the bed up for easy access to the under bed storage
