I would put no stars. Received the product on time however, the brush was not attached to the wand when I opened it. It has snapped off and is inside the tube. Awaiting to receive a refund

Good colour match to my hair. It is a reddy colour.

The colour was bright red (blood colour). Definately not auburn. This purchase was a waste of money as it's vital that the colour is as described.
