This is my favorite electrolyte powder. It comes in convenient, single use, easy to open packages, and it is the best tasting flavor of electrolytes. I love that it has no sugar or calories. I use these every single day. I work out 6-7 days a week, so these are an absolute necessity!

The lemonade taste is bright and refreshing — not overly sweet or artificial like so many others on the market. Even mixed with just water, it goes down smooth and actually tastes enjoyable, which makes staying hydrated way easier. Unlike other electrolyte powders that can be chalky, bitter, or too sugary, this one strikes the perfect balance of tangy citrus with clean, real flavor. This is the ONLY electrolyte powder I use. I started buying this back in 2018 when I was working out everyday outside in the middle of Texas summer. I love the lemon flavor. There’s no sugar, no calories and they work well. Even when I am not working out, I drink one packet everyday. I have tried the other brands, Ultima is the best!
