On the money!
This item was priced right and worked like a dream. I checked it over closely and preped any interfaces and installed like a pro. Saved about $1200 doing it myself. Thanks for a good product at a great price.

Junk DO NOT BUY
So I installed the compressor, I checked for debris, oil levels and I had it professionally recharged with a compression test. There was no debris or anything in the system, the old one had a bad clutch, so I’m not sure the reason but the first one died in less than a week. The company was nice and sent out a new compressor. That’s great but I now had to pay a second time to have my a/c system vented and recharge. Also, they sent me o-ring gaskets for the lines and none of them fit. I lost all my refrigerant after the first day of the second unit. I had to put the old gaskets back on and recharge the system a third time. Maybe three weeks have gone by and this second one just stopped working as well. Worked fine this morning, great after work, but when I went to take my son to piano it no longer worked. It was 94 degrees today! So now I have to take this thing out AGAIN!!! What a headache. Just buy the more expensive one. What a joke! And guess what now I have to put the original compressor back in while I wait for a a third compressor. This time I’m buying elsewhere.

So far so good. I got this rebuilt unit and the separate switch. Had my mechanic install. Yahoo !!! COLD A/C again. Trust me, in S Florida, it's a must. Can't beat this for the price.

Re-manufactured, NOT NEW.
This part did not operate. It is re-manufactured and had no functionality. A/C compressors are critical components that must be reliable, especially in hot climates. Unfortunately, this product failed to deliver on all fronts. The time and money spent installing this faulty compressor only to have it not work is beyond unacceptable. Would be cheaper (in money and time) to buy a new part from a car parts store for double the price of this phony product.
