Pros:I liked the color, it's larger than i expected.Cons:~ the holes in the top layer aren't as big as in other grinders and no matter how much you grind, some bits are never gonna make it through those holes, and the blades seems lined up in a way so that some herb always gets stuck in a spot that doesn't grind.~The biggest draw for me was the little door, hoping to not have to unscrew the middle section, the little door seemed an awesome idea, but the way it works, it always gets herb in the way to keep it from shutting all the way. Also the little hinge pin appears to have slipped so that one side of the door is sticking up higher than the other all the time now.All in all it still works as a grinder but the old worn one i bought this to replace seems like it still works better than this brand new one.

The opening on the side is not convenient at all. Stuff gets stuck on the top and bottom making it harder to open and close correctly. The scrapper tool they provide doesn't do much in the way of removing residue build up. Grinds perfectly fine and it's decent enough for what it is. You'll definitely have to end up opening it anyway to get whatever you've grinded fully out from the chamber

The trap door on the side is a great idea, but the economical design leaves something to be desired. Always worried that it was going to burst open and get ground material everywhere. It’s also quite heavy.

Well solid grinder tool. The surface is very smooth. The hole is the size you can grind. There is a screen at the bottom part, but I haven’t grind any thing fine enough to pass through the screen. Still discovering.

Works great, I really like the small compartment on the side. Designed well and really sturdy

Purchased as a gift and they love it! Everyone wants to steak it from them lol but its a smooth grind...and the side door is sturdy, unlike one I purchased for myself from a different vendor.
