I have purchased an accupressure mat and a massage heating pad in the past to relieve pain, but neither did well in helping. I also go to a chiropractor once per month, but I still have chronic pain issues. I had this on my wish list for over a year and finally decided to just go for it. I honestly wasn't expecting much from the product, however, I was pleasantly surprised. The combination of the massaging nubs and magnet causes my muscles to relax and areas in my back, neck, hips, etc are popping back into place after using it. I carry it with me and whenever I have muscle soreness I rub an area a little at a time until the pain level goes down. My feet hurt, so I took off the top and took one of the balls out of the container and rubbed my feet over it. They felt so much better! My husband said his shoulder had been hurting for several days so I massaged it for several minutes with the massage balls and he said the pain was gone! I took it to work with me and it is sitting on my desk. It is well worth the money for this product. If you would spend money on a chiropractor or to get a massage, seriously consider this one-time investment.

My holistic vet uses this in his practice. I called the nikken company on his to use since there's no instructions. The company support said, threes no wrong way to use it. It can be used to clear emotions, help with pain.. I looked up videos on YouTube for info & found ones with doctors who use it or consults that show you about them. If you roll one side of the sphere, the other should turn as well. I had to remove the blue plastic bottom (carefully) & find the spheres with black and face each other & put the blue plastic cover back on. I bought for my cat who is over licking her fur and she has no fur from her tummy down (that's how it started), then removes fur off inside of her legs (grrrr). So I have done the magnets a few days in a row and now she's been cuddling back up with me how she used to (she was running away from me as of recently). But she seems to enjoy the massage from rolling the magduo over her. Hoping she'll stop overlicking as I plan on continuing this treatment.

I purchased my first Nikken "MAG-BOY" back in 1998! I had been LIMPING around for about 3-4 months when a nurse friend handed me a "Mag-Boy" to try. I kept my shoes on and rapidly rolled across my foot for approximately 15-20 seconds. I felt a COOL sensation in the core of my foot. I got down off the stool i was sitting in and walked normally!!!! It was like a miracle you would have witnessed on "Benny-HENN!! I just bought my second "MAG-BOY" and i am VERY HAPPY with it!!! A GREAT PRODUCT!!!!!

Received. replacement, case of older magboys finally broke....( have had it since the 90ʻs.) I will return to Amazon for more Nikken products, your prices are lower than my disturber's price...

I heard about this product from a friend and decided to purchase with my husband in mind. We are into major home renovations and my husband is sore on a daily basis. I’ve been using the product on him daily and would say the massage component is very relaxing. I think the massage balls have definitely helped relieve tension and soreness in the muscles as well as arthritis pain.
