I'm very pleased with and really enjoyed the results when we used to make crinkle sliced potatoes-- cooked perfectly and either we imagined potatoes tasted better because of their new, more appealing look or it, just added to it?! I was not sure, but the reviews were good. Turns our they were right! Fabulous Knife for crinkle cut veggies to fancy up fruit and veggie trays. Very sharp and the wavy/crinkle lines are clean and cuts beautifully--used on carrots, jicama, cucumbers, potatoes, radishes, and zucchini. Highly recommend! Since you have to cut up veggies and fruit to eat, anyway, you might as well make them fancy and fun!!
