I appreciate not having to use the gloopy powders. The capsules are a little big, but that's ok. I saw a difference in my nails within a week. My skin is starting to show a positive change also. I'll keep buying this!

I feel like these did help my perimenopausal issue of itchy eyes. And I think it is helping my joints and also my nails seem to be growing faster and thicker. The downside is I figured out whenever I taken them, I have mild nausea and a burning type sensation in my stomach. It is not horrible but it is uncomfortable. I had forgotten to take a few days and then within a couple hours of taking a dose, my stomach issues started and I was reminded of how I had been having them the previous week, all on days that I took the collagen. As long as you can tolerate that, I think you will like this product. I am going to try taking with food and a large amount of water tomorrow and see if that helps me.

These are a great product, my second time ordering them. I highly recommend these. I take a glp1 and I have zero skin issues. No excess skin whatsoever from the weight loss. I was taken just the collagen but changed to this one as soon as I discovered it. I went without for almost a week once and my body was sore. I will not go without it.
