Recently I've seen & heard people talking about using Castor Oil for diffefent ailments. Especially using it overnight & wrapping up the area that needs healing.I have Plantar Fasciitis in my left foot & trust me, I'm willing to try almost anything to help with the pain.Firstly I must say that Castor Oil has been around long before me & it has many purposes.Usually I would apply it to my scalp after washing.This product comes packaged up very well & my 1st thought was that it's perfect for a gift.Expiry date is a good 3 years away & so plently time for the oil to be used.The first time I used the oil & patches, I kind of made a mistake. I used the oil as a massage oil & massaged my foot as much as possible & then tried to stick the patch on.Obviously the patch didn't stick well & I ended up putting a sock on over the patch to keep it in place over night.The 2nd night I decided to pour the oil directly on to the patch & the stick to my foot & it stuck perfectly.I did that before bed & still covered my feet with socks for added protection.There was no need to though because the patches are actually of very good quality & size. The next day the patch was still stuck perfectly in place.I've done this procedure now many nights & even though my pain has not disappeared completely, I'm very happy with the progress.The pads when stuck also give my heel a nice custion too which is much needed as they have a good thickness to them.I am going to continue using this & also start on my right Elbow as I have golfers elbow in that area and see if I can feel improvements too.I really have no faults to share with this set.Castor oil can be used on hair, for skin care, help with pain, massage oil even though thick, therfore making this set very good value for money.The pads are a good size, well made, stick well & do not crumble with use.I will definitely buy again & even maybe give as a gift too to others whom I know could make use of it.Definitely recommend.

Quality items

The oil is lovely, and I have been using it for a while; it's good on the skin, and I like that it's in a glass bottle and doesn't smell rancid (some bad-quality ones can do). It's organic, hexane and great for keeping the supple. I only used the patches no more than 3 times, as it needed a ton of oil, no issues with skin irritation, just that it uses a lot of oil, and I'm not convinced about the benefits of using these. Quite expensive for what you get but the big plasters stick relatively well.

I used this for a liver detox alongside a diet. It was a 7 day suggestion by tiktok.The oil quality is brilliant, it's thick and in a good sized bottle for multiple applications.Application is easy with the provided pads and they are easily fixed to your desired location.I also used a little for my face and it really sinks deep into the skin and helps make your skin so soft and supple.Good value for money as I found the oil alone was a similar price, if not more expensive than the whole kit.

I have only used two of the disposable patches - I did not want them at all but I wanted the Oil - I have had a slight reaction the the adhesive of the patches - the oil seems nice though. I will be looking to buy else where because of the patches.
