5' 10" 195 lbs. Cons- the cusion is a little uncomfortable especially for long periods of sitting. I thought I would sit upright, but I just slouch. Wish I got a more comfortable chair.Pros-it is easy to get into and out of. I tend to try to be focused and get through my work faster. It's good for playing a little guitar, and light cpu work, but when I have to grind some serious hrs def wish I had a more comfortable chair with back support.This would be best used as an alternate to a proper office chair, but I wouldnt want it as a stand alone chair. Becuase of it's small size it's easy to keep under the table or in a corner for when I'm feeling ambitious and want to sit on a stool instead of a chair, but I have both at my desk.

The seat hurts my butt
I have had this stool for quite a few months now but I rarely use it at my stand-up desk. It hurts my tail bone and the seat is just not comfortable. I especially would not recommend sitting on it for hours at a time. It's nice for balancing. Definitely tips and moves around easily. It's easy to adjust the height. But I can only sit on it for short periods.

Exactly what I thought it would be like. It is a nice supplement to my stand up desk or when working in the lab. I don’t use it every day but the days I do use it, it gets utilized well. Especially in those digits days when simplify leaning won’t suffice.

Hurts my lower back
It is well made and sturdy so it's worth the price IMO, however I can't use it for long periods of time because it hurts my tailbone as another person posted, subsequently my lower back goes out and I feel pain all the way up to my neck. Basically I can no longer use it. It is a learning curve at first so be careful not to move too much as it may get out from under you.
