Good omega 3 but I switched to a different algae based omega 3 and better brand.

I’ve purchased these several times. Although a little pricey, they offer the best EPA and DHA content. I have to trust in the quality and accuracy of these dosages as it’s impossible to know otherwise!

I wanted an Omega 3 Fish Oil that had good levels of EPA and DHA for my Fertility journey and for Endometriosis management.
