I enjoy poached eggs and yolky eggs and these are an easier way to cook them . I absoutely enjoy using them and am soo glad i got these.

You know, over the years I've bought several devices designed to poach eggs perfectly. They never worked the way they said they would work. The eggs would stick to the device or they would leak and make an unappetizing, messy semi-poached egg. This particular device WORKS! The eggs come out perfectly every time. Cleanup is easy. And the poaching cups colors are cheerful in the morning when you're about to make perfect eggs. I love this device.

The media could not be loaded.  Do I know how to poach an egg in a pot of water on the stove? Yes. Will that always be my preferred method for a poached egg? Also yes.But there are times I want to put a poached egg in the ramen and what I do *not* want is to put another pot on the stove because I'm already doing the broth and the noodles on the stove and keeping track of the fish and veg under the broiler and I don't want to watch or think about another component.If that scenario is familiar to you, you may want these handy gadgets.They're good quality silicone, pretty colors, and the bases are stable. I don't know that I would call the outer packaging "exquisite" but to each their own and I'm sure Outer Packaging's Mom thinks it's beautiful.I buy what are categorized as Medium eggs, and have a 1000 watt microwave. On my trial run, it took considerably longer than the recommended 3 minutes on the lowest setting to get the whites of my eggs mostly cooked through, and the yolks weren't as runny as I would have liked.But what I did have was some semblance of a poached egg in the ramen. And I have hope that I will be able to find the right combination of time and power settings to be able to tell the microwave "you do this one thing while I do the other seven things" and as a result will enjoy poached eggs in the ramen far more often than I currently do.

My husband makes breakfast every morning. Lately he's been making poached eggs in a pan of water, which were ok but seemed to be missing too much of the white. I ordered these to try. They work great. We now have perfectly cooked poached eggs. Also they are easy to wash. I recommend these.
