Papardelle Sassy Fabric Tshirt Yarn (Weaved Cotton), Neon Peach Pink

Worked great as homemade face mask/covering ties.My team made close to 1000 face mask covers out of hospital-supplied Halyard surgical instrument wrap. I personally was required to provide the other materials that the hospital designated to make them, which was 1/4 inch elastic or braided elastic but the community and online sources ran out. This is a great alternative, and we were able to make the ties longer, to go over head instead of behind ears. I have edited my review here to show that my design now uses a single 3 ft unstretched length per mask. At the top left corner of the mask, I start at the first 12 inch yarn marking to pin in place. Work down the left side of mask 3 inches to pin the yarn in place at about 9 inches, overlapping the edge of mask so its equidistant yarn on front and back of mask. Then measure 12 inches yarn, from top left edge to top right edge. That part is the top tie going behind top of head. At the 24 inch mark on yarn, pin to top right edge of mask. Work down 3 inches of overlap of mask edge, ending at about the 27 inch yarn mark on the bottom right side of mask. I satin-stitched at the top and bottom half inch, with a straight stitch in between as I know the are the stressorpoints.

I was so impressed with this. I am so grateful that I saws someone using this product because they ran out of elastic for making masks. I have been able to continue making masks for the Covid 19. Makes me feel good to know my family has some protection. Thank you Thank you for this product.I hope others find that they can use this product to make masks and help others.

I have no complaints on this yarn. Like the colors I ordered. Some of the colors don't match the name. They have purple on the skein but it doesn't look purple at all, it looks like burgundy color.

WONDERFUL YARN TO WORK WITH, I WOULD PURCHASE THIS ITEM AGAIN.

Very sturdy yarn. I made a beautiful purse with this yarn!
