Perfect bag for 17" fat 3D laptops! All the leather panels arrived in same color / finish with a minor scratch on the outer main flap... but considering the price and build quality, I am totally fine with that imperfection, because the leather will eventually look weathered and "antiqued". The leather does scratch easily. Heavy gauge leather and strong leather straps. Yes it is huge, but it's what you need for a big laptop - I wish this size were more available out there in the various brands.Laptop fits snugly from the 4" bag sides, and can even fit another thinner laptop in there with some gear. The only drawback is that there are no inner small pockets for wallets and cards, but this was easily remedied by adding the coffee color version of "Gaudy Guru Clutter Control Handbag & Purse Organizer Insert, Large (22CM x 34CM x 10CM) Firm and Sturdy" for just a few dollars that slides in and out of one of the inner dividers. With this add-on you just pull the little ring hoop at the top and you can put all your little items.

If you're on the go and carry a 15in laptop, this is a definitely go! Made really sturdy and quite good looking. The leather is beautiful with plenty of storage space. So drop that 15in MBP in there, external batteries, SSD portable drives and whatever else you need for that long flight and rest travel in comfort.

Cool bag, looks good and leather is aged perfectly. My only issue and reason why I stopped using it was that the main compartment is only a few inches deep. Meaning I can fit my laptop in the bag fine but if I add a portfolio or notebook to either side of the laptop the bag is stuffed bulging outward and looking awkward. Especially with anything in the zipper compartments. If it was deeper it would be perfect. Smell wasn't bad either, smelled like regular leather.

product appears to be good quality and will serve the purpose i purchased it for.HOWEVER product i received is not the one i ordered as there is only one inner partition rather than two and no laptop retaining strap, also the shoulder strap is a nylon webbing backed leather with a slide adjuster rather than solid leather with a buckle.

No doubt this will last a lifetime, but what a difference a couple inches makes, this thing is HUGE. I couldn't possibly carry it around so I'm debating whether to keep it to store paperwork in or return it. It's a great bag, well made and rustic.

It was pretty much as expected: the leather color doesn’t really look like the photo, but still nice. It’s quite large, of a courser texture and rigid but also very sturdy. Not really appropriate for a woman (IMO), but I bought it for my husband and he really likes it.

Super durable and looks great! I bought a Lenovo 17.3" laptop, which is huge! This messenger bag is the perfect size, it fits perfectly and securely. Plenty of extra compartments/pockets. Adjustable (long) shoulder strap, which is good.No complaints here, very happy!

Bag is huge. Very well made. Easliy fits 17in laptop with room to spare. Just hope the airlines dont try and count it as a carryone, jk!!!
