Works great, has adjustable voltage DC out which most portable solar chargers don't have
I mainly bought this particular product because I needed 15V DC out and it is the only one I could find that had it. The fact that it has both USB and 9V/12V/15V adjustable voltage makes it more flexible and useful than other ones that I found. The only negative is the controller box itself can get pretty hot which is why I recommend a laptop cooler with a fan to keep the controller box cool. The one I have draws less than a watt of power so it doesn't interfere with whatever I'm charging.Pros: Highly portable, plenty of power to charge cell phones, adjustable voltage.Cons: Controller can get hot on a sunny day

Charge controller may have rerurned charge to the phone i was charging
I wanted to like this product. I wanted it work. It did to a degree except the few times i observed it discharging my devices. It has a built in charge controller that doesn't perform the primary function of a charge controller: prevent the charge from flowing out of the battery.
