Works better than I could have imagined!
I've spent years (I'm 59) trying tennis balls, which weren't getting to the deep tissue in my low back. I'd beg my husband to apply 'harder" thumb pressure, which wouldn't last, or he would skip over that one spot. I got this in the mail yesterday and couldn't wait to use it. It didn't take long to find that spot and finally feel relief! I used it again this morning and am so glad someone out there knew what I needed! I purchased the 10.1 and will be buying the 8 next! Oh, I know what I'm going to get for my daughter for her birthday...she's a hairdresser and has chronic back pain too.

Thank you!!
I have an assortment of tools for myofascial/trigger point release that I use on a regular basis. For the most part, I can get by with a basic foam roller and a lacrosse ball. However, I find that there are just some areas of my body that are hard to target...that require some special attention. When I saw this product and the way that it targets the area in between the shoulder blades, I had to have it. After using it every day for a week, I have to say it is the best thing I have ever tried to specifically target my mid and upper back. The fact that the width is adjustable allows you to customize it to your anatomy without putting any pressure on the spine, but intensely targeting the muscles around it. This thing is a winner...a must have!

It hurts so good...
It is a simple design and very effective. I did a lot of variations of squats after three months of no work out. The next day, my thighs and my butt was sore. I sit for a very long time at work and every time I get up, it was a slow moving process to mitigate the soreness and pain. Walking to different places, I had to make short steps. Work was over and I went home and immediately tried the Mobilizer. It hurts, a lot. Basically a whole lot of pressure being applied to sore muscles as a roll and ease into it. For every time the pain starts, I stop and just continue applying pressure until the pressure pain dissipates. After hitting every spot on my buttocks and thighs, I got up and felt a whole lot better. I do not feel as stuck as I was several hours ago. It definitely freed up my muscles.

Super
I ordered this thing because I had a distracting pinch feeling, not super painful, but very distracting, between my shoulder blades. I was able to get it worked out. How I was able to get to this spot, was I hugged myself and layed on it. By wrapping my arm around myself it made my shoulder blades, for lack of a better word, open out away from my body. Then I was able to get the wheels to the spot the was pinching. I hope this helps. I also found that if I put one of my arms behind my back I can get the shoulder blade to come out from my body, then I turn the Roller with one wheel facing my head and the other wheel facing my butt, then leaning on it where the the shoulder blade was, I can get to the muscle under my shoulder blade. I hoped I explained this well enough to understand.

No tip necessary
Great product, unmatched customer service. I have virtually every therapy tool out there: foam rollers, rumble rollers, wedges, balls, peanuts, pads, stim, massagers, even ultrasound... but nothing short of a deep tissue massage ever got deep enough or moved the way I really needed it to.I purchased the blue 10”. For less that the cost of one massage, I now have the perfect knot-killing ninja roller! The best part? No tip necessary! Works great! Thank you Scott for such a great tool and great service!

I will eventually have 2 of each size
I use to think a golf ball was the best thing to use along my spine. Instantly replaced with this

It's ok, but unstable
Overall it's ok, and prefer other products. I've tried this on multiple surfaces -- yoga mat, carpet, hardwood -- and the problem I have is it moves around too much. I don't mean that it slides around, but rather that the two rollers are not firmly fixed so that when you put your body on it and move the two rollers are shaky.I like that it can be adjusted slightly for different widths, but it also means that it's unstable.
